Session Times

Customers and visitors may book both sessions and inductions by contacting the pool.

All customers, will need to complete a New User Form prior to their first  session.

Please note the pool is open to the general public as well as care homes, schools and other groups for private bookings.

All sessions must be booked in advance.

Public hydrotherapy appointments are available every half hour, while aquafit, aquatic physiotherapy, aqua health circuit and aqua relax appointments are available on the hour.  

Public and private sessions are subject to change and availability.
